So every now and again, I get contacted by advertising agencies, health departments and the like with a request to use an image or series of images in their campaigns. And sometimes, when I feel right about the situation, company and campaign, I obtain the parent’s permission to allow the use of my images.
Recently, I had the opportunity to do just that for a company in Norway preparing an add for a local home builder’s association. The company had prepared a prior very successful campaign featuring pregnant couples with the slogan “Time to move?” and were following up with the family growth theme by incorporating newborns along with the slogan “New Life”.
I thought I’d share a few of the final product here on the blog as they were so kind as to send along a few images at my request. It’s incredibly surreal to see my images larger than life hanging on multiple bus shelters somewhere in a very busy bus terminal in Norway. Coolest Evah.

If you are interested in commercial photography or use of one of my images for your campaign, please feel free to contact me to discuss. info[at]stephanierobin.ca.
Thank you to Dring and Trevor as well as Stephanie and Mark for allowing me to use the photos of your lovely M & C in this way.
I am currently working on capturing images for another campaign and am finding it an interesting compliment to my newborn, child and family work and a good excuse for me to stretch a bit and try a few new ideas.
** in other news, a close family member was involved in a rather serious accident late last night and I have spent most of my day in the ER and hospital away from home and my desk. I am attempting to keep up with all my deadlines and requests for custom designed storyboards and announcements and will try my best to keep on task to get things out in a timely manner. That said, family does come first, for me at least, and so in the event anything comes up, I will do my best to contact those of you expecting galleries etc. to establish timely new deadlines. **
